We offer a full design, development and manufacture service for crankshafts machined from solid steel billet, cast or forged material. All crankshafts manufactured are fully stress relieved and crack detected prior to shipping by Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI). We also offer a full regrind service including MPI. Our company has recently invested in the latest Mori Seiki multi axis CNC machine which will ensure the products are manufactured to the highest customer requirements.

We supply all areas of Motor sport from grass roots level to Formula 1. Offering in house design services working closely with the customer’s requirements.

Historic & Classic Vehicle Restoration

Many owners wish to retain the authenticity of their original engines but also take benefit from modern materials, bearing technology, bolting and lubrication systems. We offer a design and advisory service to help deliver these advantages, starting with either a pattern in the form of a original component or working from drawings.

Over history a considerable database of specifications for high performance engine components has been accumulated. We supply parts for many classic sports car engine restorers specialising from Bentleys to Mini.

Defence Vehicles

The quality of our finished product has resulted in our company being one of the nominated suppliers of crankshafts for the military armoured vehicles and personal carriers.
